In-Store Pickup
 
In-store pickup is available.
If you prefer, you can place your order at our online store and pick it up at our physical store.

When you are picking up an order in our physical store, it must first be confirmed that the order is ready for picking up. An email will be sent by our team confirming that the order is ready for collection.
Without confirmation of this email, that the order is ready for collection, you may have to wait for it to be prepared.
 
The order pick-up service at our physical store is free of charge

Order Weight          Shipping cost
<25kg                             10£ 
For orders weighing more than 25kg, it will be divided into 25kg parcels.
For example, an order with a total weight of 45Kg, this will be divided into two parcels of 25kg and will have a shipping cost of two. In this case the cost will be 20£ to carry out the shipment.
 
Delivery time
 
Our estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Once the order is ready for shipment, our team sends you an email with the shipping details.
As a rule, 95% of our orders after this confirmation are delivered within 24 hours.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

  • Ireland

Shipping of orders containing frozen items may have certain restrictions. We ask that you contact us so that we can evaluate and inform you of our best service.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
